Zelda II Lands on Wii U Virtual Console and More in Today’s Nintendo Download

Zelda II: The Adventure of Link is rarely remembered with the same tenacity and passion as its cohorts such as Link’s Awakening or A Link to the Past. Nevertheless, the second title in the legendary Zelda franchise is now available on the Wii U Virtual Console, thanks to today’s Nintendo Download, which could be a perfect opportunity for you to give the game a try if you haven\’t already.

Meanwhile, The Wonderful 101 from Platinum Games will be available for full digital download on Wii U on September 15th, which is when the game releases in North America. The mass-hero action game has already released in other regions around the world to positive reviews.

Current eShop sales include a discounted price on Toki Tori 2+ on Wii U ($8.99 until September 19th), and Super Little Acorns 3D ($3.99 until October 2nd) and Bike Rider DX on 3DS ($2.99 until October 19th).

3DS and DSi owners can also get a taste of some new games in Tecmo Bowl, coming to Virtual Console on 3DS, as well as a multitude of other games releasing on Nintendo eShop for 3DS and DSiWare on the DSi.
