Master duel now available for Nintendo Switch

After months of waiting, Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel (or just Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel) is now available for free on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel allows you to experience the “definitive edition” of the long-running competitive card game, featuring over 10,000 individual cards from across the series. Players will be able to duke it out in online duels, with options to tailor the game’s matchmaking towards their current skill level. Additionally, newcomers will be able to access a variety of in-depth tutorials, which explain the fundamentals of the popular trading card game.

Master Duel also boasts a solo mode, an adventure of sorts that takes you on a journey to complete storylines of themes featured in the franchise’s history. Konami has recommended this mode for everyone, especially newcomers, as it presents the player with an opportunity to learn more about the game’s lore and world. However, most of your time in Master Duel will likely be spent crafting an intricate deck of cards. Once you’ve found something special, a variety of tournaments, each with their own ruleset and card restrictions, will be made available to test your skills.

Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel is now available for free on Nintendo Switch and other platforms. Will you be testing your skills in Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel?
