‘Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap’ 50 Percent Off on Switch eShop

Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap is 50 percent off on the Nintendo Switch for a limited time.

Nicalis has discounted the title on all platforms throughout the month of May, however, each sale won’t take place at the same time. For the Nintendo Switch, Japanese players can save on the game from May 17 – 23. European players get from May 16 – May 22, with the North American discount period taking place from May 16 – May 22.

The Dragon’s Trap is a remake of Wonder Boy III: The Dragon’s Trap, which released for the SEGA Master System in 1989 and then for the Game Gear a few years later. An action-platformer, the game plays well and looks even better, due to the remake’s specacular art style. I’ve played enough of The Dragon’s Trap to know it’s worth its normal price tag. For a mere $10, the game is well worth it.

Will you be taking advantage of the discount? Chime in below, let us know!
