UltraWings gets its first patch on Switch

Ultrawings - Switch Gameplay

Bit Planet Games recently released UltraWings Flat on the Nintendo Switch. For the most part it’s played nicely, but there were a few technical hiccups such as framerate drops and camera bugs. Now, the developers have released a patch which addresses these issues.

The patch bumps the game version up to 1.0.1 and addresses the following issues:

  • Performance issues when flying around the Farm Island (Bossenburg Farm – where the Gee Racer is unlocked late into the game)
  • Rebalanced various jobs
  • Various bug fixes (such as aforementioned camera issues)

The developers admit that these problems were discovered only after the game launched. Thankfully, none of them have been completely game-breaking, but it’s nice to see them addressed nonetheless.
