Either Amazon UK has made a huge error, which is entirely possible since this would be far from the first time that a mistaken Amazon listing has been created, or The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword is coming to Nintendo Switch. Twitter deals guru Wario64 made the listing public, and it currently has a placeholder release date of Jan. 1, 2030. Note its fat £69.99 price, which is more than “full price” and high in general for what was a Wii game (though Pikmin 3 Deluxe will be releasing at full price). Depending how you look at it, that either lends credence to the Skyward Sword Switch listing being bogus, or it’s a special edition and/or comes bundled with a special controller like the original Wii release.

It’s really just speculation at this point whether or not The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword is actually coming to Switch. However, last year Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma made it sound unlikely that Skyward Sword would come to Switch, and back in late 2018 Nintendo explicitly stated there were no plans for it back then. Of course, plans can change.
Yesterday, Amazon UK also briefly had a Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Switch listing that was subsequently pulled. That listing was almost certainly genuine, as VentureBeat previously reported a remaster of that 2010 title was indeed in development and coming to Nintendo Switch, among other platforms.
