Enthusiasts, let’s go on a trip down memory lane. BlazBlue: Central Fiction originally came out in 2016 for the PS3 and PS4. Then, in 2019, a digital expanded version, BlazBlue: Central Fiction Special Edition, was released on Switch. Now, in the year 2021, a physical volume of BlazBlue: Central Fiction Special Edition is getting a release through Limited Run Games. However, it will probably ship sometime in 2022.

For those not in the know, the Special Edition is the definitive version of the fighter. It contains all DLC characters (including kitty swordsman Jubei), system voices, and additional colors, with some hues being exclusive to the Nintendo Switch.
With the physical SE being exclusive to other territories in the past, Limited Run’s shipment will mark the first time U.S. gamers can own a cartridge without needing to import. Interested players can view the product page here. It will be an open pre-order until December 12 and costs $49.99.
