Nintendo Switch has a Decent Launch in Korea

The Nintendo Switch launched worldwide on March 3rd, but there are a few select regions where the system has yet to launch officially. One of those regions that is only just now getting the Switch is South Korea.

The system launched at the beginning of this month (December) and managed to hit 55,000 units in just three days. Nintendo of Korea was happy to announce this achievement by the Switch. It’s also been reported that this milestone goes well beyond that of the DS, 3DS and Wii’s launch week and launch month sales in the region.

Indeed, the Nintendo Switch really has been a big hit in basically every market! For instance, the system has continuously been topping the weekly sales charts over in Japan.
