SNK Gals’ Fighters drops on Switch with lots of gameplay videos

SNK Gals' Fighter

SNK Gals’ Fighters, the 2000 Neo Geo Pocket Color crossover fighting game that features a roster comprised entirely of popular female characters from across the SNK realm, is out now on Switch. Numerous SNK franchises are represented in the title’s roster, including Terry Bogard‘s home franchise Fatal Fury, as well as King of Fighters, Art of FightingSamurai Shodown, and The Last Blade.

If you’re unfamiliar with SNK Gals’ Fighters, SNK has your back. They’ve just inundated their YouTube channel with a trailer and plenty of gameplay videos. Personally, I’m a bit enticed by the footage – I think that the title looks exceptionally speedy, responsive, and colorful for a twenty-year-old portable fighting game. If you’re undecided or just plain curious about SNK Gals’ Fighters, check out a few of the videos below.

What do you think? With an 11-person roster headlined by Mai Shiranui, you can go one-on-one with several of your SNK favs as you either work your way through some amusing storytelling or take on a friend head to head. A fellow portable, there’s no system more fitting than the Switch to celebrate SNK Gals’ Fighters as it turns twenty years old.
