It’s been a little over a month since we got the last Super Smash Bros Ultimate update that added the final DLC character Sora, and it looks like we’ll soon be getting the last patch with version 13.0.1. adding the final fighter adjustments.
There’s a chance that we’ll get more updates for bug fixes and other miscellaneous adjustments, but if version 13.0.1 isn’t the final patch, it will be one of the last version updates with it adding the final fighter adjustments for Super Smash Bros Ultimate. It’s essentially the end of an era because, after this update, the developers will no longer tinker with the characters. So, if you’re hoping for any adjustments for your favorite characters, this will be the last shot.
As always, when it comes to new fighter adjustments, that means the replay data from previous versions will be incompatible. You can convert the videos before updating by going to Vault -> Replays -> Replay Data -> Convert.
