Nintendo formally revealed The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild during a special livestream for E3 2016. Quite a lot of footage has been shown off, highlighting the dozens of new mechanics that the new game has to offer.
It has been revealed that Hidemaro Fujibayashi, the director of 2011’s Skyward Sword, is also the director of Breath of the Wild. He was also the director for Minish Cap. Skyward Sword had a very unique atmosphere to it, with its interesting lore and cast of memorable, and highly expressive characters. It should be interesting to see how the new experience comes together.
