Sea of Solitude is getting an exclusive Director’s Cut on Switch

Sea of Solitude exclusive the Director's cut

Last year Sea of Solitude launched across PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows platforms, but Nintendo was left out. It seems Switch owners will soon be rewarded for their patience! During The Game Awards 2020 pre-show, we got our first look at Sea of Solitude: The Director’s cut. On top of that, they revealed that this new and improved version of the game is exclusive to Nintendo’s console. You can check out the reveal trailer below!

Sea of Solitude: The Director’s Cut

Exclusive Nintendo Switch content

The Director’s Cut features a rewritten script, a new cast of voice actors, and augmented cut scenes and animations that convey the narrative and gameplay experience in the most complete way. There will also be brand-new content exclusive to the Nintendo Switch version, including a customizable photo mode, gyroscope integration, and more.

Sea of Solitude: The Director’s Cut takes you on a beautiful and heart-pounding action-adventure with Kay, a girl so hopeless that she has turned into a monster. Guide her through the tempest towards tranquility as she faces off against relentless beasts of her own making who want to see her capsize and drown, unless she can summon the inner strength to face them.

You can look forward to it launching on Nintendo Switch on March 4.
