Samurai Shodown NeoGeo Collection strikes Switch in fall

Samurai Shodown NeoGeo Collection Nintendo Switch release fall 2019

Samurai Shodown NeoGeo Collection will come to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Steam in fall 2019. This is a big announcement out of their PAX East panel.

The title is being developed by Digital Eclipse. Reportedly, the collection will include six numbered titles, including up to V Special. Online play will be available, and there will be a Museum mode that “lets you see character sprites and [has] more features.”

Samurai Shodown is having an unexpected resurgence as of late, with a brand new title (simply called Samurai Shodown) planned to release this summer for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Between this and Mortal Kombat 11, fighting game fans have a lot to be happy about right now.
