Rocket League on Switch Will Feature Cross-Network Play, Exclusive Content, Coming Holiday 2017

Rocket League was confirmed for Nintendo Switch for during the opening moments of Nintendo’s E3 2017 digital presentation, but now more details have been released.

Indie studio Psyonix has released an awesome trailer for the Switch edition of the game which reveals a lot of cool details for this version of Rocket League. For starters, you’ll be able to play against PC and Xbox One players by means of Cross-Network compatibility. This is the second game to have this feature, with the first being Mojang’s Minecraft. You’ll be able to play with up to seven other players (eight players in all).

Rocket League on Switch will also have exclusive Customization Items for the various vehicles in the game, and also exclusive vehicles which will be revealed later this year. Rocket League will blast its way onto Nintendo Switch Holiday 2017.
