We are deep in rumor country here, as officially, Capcom has not announced any Resident Evil Revelations 3 in the first place. However, as we reported back in November, Capcom leaker Dusk Golem claimed that a project largely being treated as Resident Evil Revelations 3 is in development, and Dusk Golem recently relayed a few more points on Twitter. Chiefly, the leaker claims that the game is currently going by the new title of Resident Evil Outrage, it will very likely be a timed Nintendo Switch exclusive, and it is tentatively likely for a late 2021 or early 2022 release.
Furthermore, the game is reportedly running on RE Engine like Monster Hunter Rise and will be attractive like Rise but not mind-blowing attractive like Resident Evil Village. Resident Evil Outrage has allegedly been in development for around four years, and following Switch exclusivity, it will allegedly be a cross-generation title that releases for all platforms. Rebecca Chambers is still expected as the protagonist, along with potentially two other returning franchise characters as more protagonists.
(2/2) very least. Releases as part of their 25th anniversary celebrations, along with Village, almost definitely going to be a Switch timed exclusive.
But that'll be announced later this year, for now Village is deserving of the attention, and out in just a few months now!

It’s important to reiterate that all of this information is rumors and none of it must be taken as gospel. Any number of details could be erroneous or outdated. However, in a perfect world, we might see Resident Evil Outrage on Nintendo Switch later this year or early next year, after Capcom’s Resident Evil Village has had its time in the sun.
