Pokémon GO’s new update adds Sinnoh Pokémon, tweaks Raid Battles

Pokémon GO‘s latest update has arrived! This time around the update adds more Sinnoh Pokémon and makes some tweaks to Raid Battles, Trainer Battles, and Pokémon move sets. Trainers can look forward to catching Tangrowth, Ambipom, Gallade, Lickilicky, Yanmega, Mime Jr., Happiny, and Bonsly once they update their game. Most of these Pokémon are evolutions and will require a Sinnoh Stone to evolve, so keep that in mind.

Raid Battles will be a little more difficult for players with this update. Tier 3,4 and 5 Raid Battles will now have increased health. Niantic says this is to prevent solo players from defeating high Tier Raid Battles on their own.

Numerous tweaks have been made to Trainer Battles and Pokémon move sets. You can find all the details on the official Pokémon GO website.

Are you satisfied with these changes? It’s great to see more Sinnoh Pokémon added to the game. Don’t forget February’s Community Day is fast approaching. As always make sure to let us know your thoughts on this in the comments down below!
