Pokemon Company to Reveal \"Shocking\" New Project on August 26th

Monthly Famitsu has announced that it will be hosting a new Pokemon stream on the Japanese streaming service Nico Nico. This is no ordinary stream, however, as Monthly Famitsu has claimed that it will be revealing a \”shocking\” new announcement concerning Pokemon during the stream. Unfortunately, Famitsu does not yet know whether this announcement will be game related or whether it will concern Pokemon-related Anime or Manga.

In addition to the announcement, Famitsu will have several special guests on the stream. Tsunekazu Ishihara, the President of the Pokemon Company, as well Nobuhiko Okamoto and Aoi Yuuki will be on the stream. We also know that there will be two other unknown guests on the stream.

The stream will air in about one week, on August 26th. Those that wish to watch it can do so from the official Nico Nico page at 10pm JST, 3:00pm CEST,  9:00am EST, and 6:00pm PST.
