Labyrinth of Galleria: Coven of Dusk, NIS dungeon RPG, coming to Switch in Japan

NIS dungeon RPG Labyrinth of Galleria Coven of Dusk coming to Switch

Nippon Ichi Software has announced that its dungeon RPG Labyrinth of Galleria: Coven of Dusk is coming to Nintendo Switch. The game also has a release date set for November 11 in Japan.

Labyrinth of Galleria: Coven of Dusk was first released for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita in Japan in November 2020. If the title sounds familiar, Labyrinth of Galleria is a sequel to the dungeon crawler Labyrinth of Refrain: Cover of Dusk, which was released in Japan in 2016 for the PS4 and PS Vita. Labyrinth of Refrain eventually arrived in the West in September 2018 for the Switch, PS4, PS Vita, and PC.

As for Labyrinth of Galleria, it features brand new characters and a story by Labyrinth of Refrain writer Tatsuya Izumi. Scenario writer Izumi also directed and wrote the scenario for the 2013 action RPG The Witch and the Hundred Knight. If you recognized the art style, Labyrinth of Galleria features art and designs by Disgaea artist Takehito Harada.
