New Pokémon Snap trailer focuses on the ambience of its living world

New Pokémon Snap sounds trailer ambience

New Pokémon Snap launches next week on April 30, 2021. With not long left to go before launch, a “sounds of nature” New Pokémon Snap trailer has been uploaded to the Nintendo UK YouTube channel. This trailer focuses on the game’s ambience and environment, with no commentary. No photos are taken either, allowing you to absorb the beauty of the surrounding forest area. Hearing the cries of a variety of different Pokémon will surely be immersive, and I can’t wait to dive in next week.

New Pokémon Snap is shaping up to be (and, now, sounds like) an amazing sequel to the 1999 Nintendo 64 classic. The game will feature a robust photo editing mode, with the ability to share your photos with players all across the world. Nintendo has also partnered up with Fujifilm to allow Nintendo Switch screenshots to be printed using the INSTAX Mini Link device, whether or not you’re playing New Pokémon Snap. A limited edition Pikachu variation of the printer is slated to release in the U.S. sometime in late May as well. This will be perfect for New Pokémon Snap, as it is a game all about photography.

New Pokémon Snap will be released worldwide on April 30, 2021. If you preorder the game at specific retailers in the U.K., you will receive a free double-sided poster and sticker sheet. Are you even more excited for New Pokémon Snap after becoming immersed in its sights and sounds?
