Neptunia x Senran Kagura Ninja Wars heads to Switch this March in Japan

Compile Heart has announced in this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine that the hack ‘n’ slash action RPG Neptunia x Senran Kagura: Ninja Wars is coming to Nintendo Switch this March in Japan (via Ryokutya2089). The original game was released for PlayStation 4 in Japan in September and the West in October, so the Switch version isn’t that far behind its initial release.

With just a few months until the Switch version of Neptunia x Senran Kagura, the developers are working on additional content. This includes a new extra hard mode that has stronger enemies. There’s mention of a soft mode that apparently “makes things softer,” so it’s presumably an extra easy mode.

The Neptunia and Senran Kagura series are all about the extra costumes and DLC, and Ninja Wars will come with eight sets of costumes previously released as DLC for the PS4 version. The Switch version will also include additional sub events, but the magazine didn’t provide further details.

You can check out gameplay from a PS4 trailer for Neptunia x Senran Kagura below:

Neptunia x Senran Kagura: Ninja Wars is available worldwide for the PS4, and the Nintendo Switch version launches in Japan on March 17, 2022. It will cost 8,360 yen (~$73.46) for both the physical and digital versions. A limited edition version will also be available for 11,600 yen (~$101.90).
