Monster Hunter Stories 2 Collector’s Edition gets you an amiibo and more

Monster Hunter Stories 2 collector's edition

Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin is slated for release on July 9, and a collector’s edition has been revealed. The Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin Collector’s Edition will be exclusive to GameStop and EB Games. Just like with the Monster Hunter Rise Collector’s Edition, this package includes an amiibo, enamel pin, Deluxe Kit DLC pack, sticker pack, and the game itself. Preorders will be starting soon in the U.S. and Canada, with confirmation yet to be made for other territories. However, it is likely that countries such as the U.K. will receive this collector’s edition through the official Nintendo store.

The highlight of this edition is of course the Razewing Rathalos amiibo, one of the franchise’s iconic monsters. You will still be able to purchase the amiibo separately, but it is still exclusive to GameStop and EB Games. The Deluxe Kit DLC Pack includes a variety of cosmetic items, including a Pukei-Pukei and Nergigante costume set for Navirou, while the hunter will receive a new hairstyle and some layered armor.

Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin, its collector’s edition, and amiibo are scheduled to release on Nintendo Switch and Steam on July 9, 2021. Are you excited for this JRPG adventure set in the world of Monster Hunter?
