The next Capcom collaboration for Monster Hunter Rise has been revealed as a Street Fighter crossover that adds Akuma. More specifically, the collaboration adds an Akuma Hunter Layered Armor that allows you to take on the appearance of the great demon.
The Akuma from the Street Fighter collaboration is his form from Street Fighter V. This marks the third Capcom Collaboration for Monster Hunter Rise. The first was a crossover with Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin, which added a Tsukino Palico Layered Armor. The second Capcom Collab was last month, and it added Amaterasu from Okami as a Palamute Layered Armor. The Akuma Layered Armor will arrive on August 27. A set of stickers will also be available on the day before, on August 26.
Two more Capcom Collaborations are coming this fall. We still don’t know what they’ll be, but we’ll likely find out just a couple of days before their reveals, with the first one coming in a month or two.
