Monolith Soft is hiring staff for new The Legend of Zelda game

Monolith Soft The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild sequel new Zelda hiring recruiting

Monolith Soft, maker of the Xenoblade series, is currently hiring staff to work on a new The Legend of Zelda game. These positions include Technical Artists, Programmers, Planners, Designers, and a Project Manager.

Previously, Monolith Soft assisted with topographical level design in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, but the scope of the job listings suggests a more substantial collaboration with Nintendo this time around.

Whatever’s going on, mark me down as insanely excited. Monolith Soft proved with Xenoblade Chronicles X that they can create giga-enormous (Yes, I’m inventing words to accurately describe them.) environments that are a treat to explore. So even if they are just continuing that role on a new Zelda title, it would be an incredibly smart use of company resources.
