Melty Blood Type Lumina adds the young bajiquan fighter Miyako Arima

The ninth Melty Blood: Type Lumina character trailer is here, and it introduces us to the young bajiquan fighter Miyako Arima. We have a little over a month until the release of the 2D fighting game, so French Bread and Type-Moon are going to reveal new character trailers each week for the next five weeks.

Miyako is the eldest daughter of the Arima family, which took Shiki in when he was a child. She’s currently in the fifth grade and considers herself a sister to Shiki. She adores Shiki so much that she becomes too nervous and can’t even talk when she’s around him. The young fighter wasn’t trained the traditional way and learned bajiquan by watching others in her family dojo. While she doesn’t have the skill of a true martial artist, Miyako has destructive power that you would never expect to see from an 11-year-old girl.

In Melty Blood: Type Lumina, Miyako Arima is a strong and speedy close-range fighter. She also has explosive power to go with her speed. You can watch her beat up her big bro Shiki in the trailer below:
