Sneak peek: Nintendo Minute reveals menu for Super Mario 3D All-Stars

Mario 3D All-Stars

We’re less than a week away from the launch of Super Mario 3D All-Stars. Nintendo Minute, with its hosts Kit and Krysta, decided to dive into the collection for a quick preview of the titles on offer. While doing so, the pair showed off the menu where players select a game. Eagle-eyed viewers can see this screen provides some background information on each 3D platformer.

I wish Amazon would ship my copy of Super Mario 3D All-Stars a week early

Take a look at the cute video on Super Mario 3D All-Stars below:

At around 0:57, the game selection screen is displayed. You get cool factoids like when said game launched, a brief description of the plot, and how the title revolutionized the industry. Gamers can choose from a variety of language options, as well.

Other than that, the clip showcases the updated visuals for the three adventures. Kit and Krysta also reminisce about the memories they have of playing these escapades back in the day. I found myself nodding along to Kit’s explanation of Super Mario 64‘s semi-open world. Younger players will never understand how this classic blew our older minds and how important it was to every 3D platformer that followed its footsteps.

Enthusiasts, do you find the game selection menu in Super Mario 3D All-Stars informative? Which of the three platformers will you play first? Let us know below!
