The Pokémon Center Online store has revealed a new life-size Lucario plush that is now available to preorder with a release set for May 2022 in Japan. If you’re thinking about getting your hands on one of these huge Lucario plushes, it’ll set you back 46,200 yen (~$405.62), but you’ll only have until 11:59 p.m. (JST) on December 16 to get your orders.
From the bottom of its feet to the tip of its ear, the life-size Lucario Pokémon plush measures 120 cm in height. That’s 47 inches, or 3’11” according to Lucario’s official height in the Pokédex.
What’s also cool about this giant plush, in particular, is that you can make it do various poses thanks to the plastic parts inside the limbs and tail. Thankfully, it only weighs 4kg (8.8 lbs), so you don’t have to worry about it weighing Lucario’s actual weight of 54.1kg (119 lbs).
That means you can also make it stand up wherever you want, as shown in the above image.
The quality and stitching are on par with the other giant Poké plush, so you can expect Lucario to be nice and durable.
Again, the Lucario Poké plush is now available to preorder on the Pokémon Center Online store in Japan. It will ship out in May 2022. That’s around the same time the colossal Arcanine plush will ship out as well. Japan also got a huge Psyduck plush earlier this year. Lastly, a giant Garchomp plush is also in the works, but we’ve yet to see images of the finished product.
