Legends: Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania adds Sega consoles as DLC

Banana Mania Sega consoles

The roster for Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania continues to grow. Of course, since the characters in-game have been revealed, it’s time to focus on DLC. Sega itself is getting in on the action, as the Sega Legends Pack is set to hit the title at launch on October 5. This content adds classic Sega consoles as playable characters to Banana Mania.

Sega consoles in balls are a bit weird to see in Banana Mania

Here’s a teaser to satiate your curiosity:

Aw, no special cosmetic changes for the bananas this time. I was hoping the Dreamcast would pick up little VMUs.

The official Super Monkey Ball Twitter page shared more information regarding the DLC, as well:

As you can see, the Sega Legends Pack will set you back $4.99. Unless you buy the Digital Deluxe Edition of Banana Mania, where it is already included. Also, Happy Birthday, Dreamcast!

While it is nice to see some of Sega’s consoles get the recognition they deserve, I am disheartened to see the Genesis omitted. I love that 16-bit console so much!

Enthusiasts, will you be open to purchasing the DLC that adds Sega consoles to Banana Mania? Let us know below.
