Imagine getting together with all your friends and playing Mario Kart on a massive stadium screen. Sounds like a ton of fun, right? Well, Major League Baseball team the Kansas City Royals did just that. Today the media captured videos of Mario Kart being played on the big screen at Kansas City Royals’ Kauffman Stadium. As a result, fans exploded on social media.
It may be the offseason, but the @Royals' stadium is being put to good use.

It looks like the Royals take their Mario Kart tournaments very seriously, and we don’t blame them. Of course, it is the offseason for the MLB, so it’s great to see them put the stadium to good use. But, there was still one question fans were dying to know. Who exactly was playing Mario Kart? It turns out that this was part of a Royals Associates fundraiser.
