Jurassic World Evolution Switch launch trailer invites you to take your park on the go

Jurassic World Evolution: Complete Edition launches on Nintendo Switch today, Nov. 3. The team at Frontier Developments has been hard at work converting the experience for Switch players. This is a pretty big game to get running on Switch hardware, and the developer has focused on the benefits of handheld play. A launch trailer has just dropped showing the game in action.

Here, we get a condensed look at the Switch version of Jurassic World Evolution: Complete Edition. Again, the team clearly sees this as an opportunity for fans to play on the go, as nothing is said or shown on the docked version. Recent developer diaries have shown more in-depth looks at the game though, if you want to hear about more details on all the playable modes.

Jurassic World Evolution is a management simulator, not too dissimilar to something like RollerCoaster Tycoon. Of course, Evolution swaps the coasters for dinos and is based on the recent reboot of the film series. For fans of the original films, there is content here based on Jurassic Park. The Return to Jurassic Park add-on was initially paid DLC, but it comes included in the Switch Complete Edition.

Jurassic World Evolution: Complete Edition is out now.
