JP — SNES Classic Edition Sells 368,000 Units in Less Than a Week

The SNES Classic Edition (known as the Nintendo Classic: Mini Super Famicom in Japan) launched just a few days ago, but its popularity has been unsurprisingly high.

It looks like Japanese gamers have been pretty pumped to get their hands on the miniature console as over 368,000 units have been sold in just a span of four days, as reported by Famitsu. That’s pretty impressive! For comparison, these sales figures show that the SNES Classic Edition 106,000 more units than the NES Classic Edition did last year in the same timeframe. Not bad at all!

Nintendo promised to stock more units this time around, and the increase in sales figures definitely show that the company has been able to keep up with the high demand.
