Nintendo recently rolled out a new system update for the Switch, bringing its firmware up to version 4.1.0. Interestingly enough, a new update for the Switch Online app has also been released. At this time, this new update is currently only available for iOS devices. This new version of the app is 1.1.3.
According to Nintendo, the only real change that this update brings to the table is various bug fixes. Funny, that description is just as vague as the “stability improvements” that were listed in the recent Switch firmware update. In any case, you can download the new update for the Switch Online app right now from the Apple App Store.
