Introducing: Forbidden Sanctity – An Epic Wii U Adventure

The Wii U indie library is starting to raise a lot of eyebrows in the gaming community, because no one really expected it to happen. While the Wii and DSi had several hardware limitations which in turn lead to software restrictions, the 3DS and Wii U have opened the flood gates for publishers to create new games. TreeFall Studios announced today their new game called Forbidden Sanctity, and if it lives up to it’s lofty expectations will be a huge hit.

Forbidden Sanctity is an Action/Platformer game in navigation, and an RPG in terms of combat taking place in a full 3D world. TreeFall Studios is planning for a massive sized world with various locations, quests, characters, towns and shops. TreeFall Studios may not be a household name right now, but with ambition and drive they are hoping that Forbidden Sanctity will find its way into gamers hearts with its refreshing and large scope.

TreeFall Studios is running a Kickstarter to fund this game, with a modest goal of $27,500. There are stretch goals, but the main thing is to see the game funded at the bare minimum so at least we can see a finished product. TreeFall Studios has a lot of great incentives, including the $75 dollar one which gives me the ability to be a shop keeper in a town. If this game interests you please take a look at the Kickstarter page for the game. Also, be sure to look for our exclusive interview with TreeFall Studios coming soon.
