Indivisible gets hard release date for all platforms except for Switch

A new trailer for crowdfunded RPG Indivisible has revealed the final release date for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The game will be coming out on Oct 8 this year, with a note simply saying “Coming Soon” above a Switch logo. Indivisible is developed by Lab Zero, creators of Skullgirls, and published by 505 Games.

Indivisible‘s Indiegogo campaign launched on Oct 5, 2015, well before the announcement of the Nintendo Switch. The action RPG passed its crowdfunding goals, with pledges reaching over $2 million. Stretch goals included a fully animated intro by Studio Trigger, famous for anime series like Kill la Kill.

While Switch hopefuls will have to wait a bit longer for Indivisible, it’s great that we’ll still be receiving the game. After the not-so-great launch of Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night on Switch, I think we can let this game have a little more time for optimization if needed.

Indivisible will be receiving a brand new demo at Gamescom and Pax West this year. As someone who has been following the game since its initial announcement, I’m frothing for any new footage I can get my hands on. If you have any love for games like Valkyrie Profile, you owe it to yourself to give Indivisible a peak.
