Nintendo has announced a new Indie World Showcase for tomorrow, August 11, arriving at noon ET / 9 a.m. PT, lasting for about 20 minutes. There is no word on what specific games will appear, but as with past Indie World Showcases, you can expect a wide variety of games from developers both new and esteemed. It’s pretty likely something in there will appeal to you.

While we can’t say with certainty what will be in the showcase either, now would be an awfully good time for Axiom Verge 2 to receive a release date. The odds are also quite good that a certain game involving gardening will be there. You probably wouldn’t be foolish to get your hopes up for those titles.

But then there’s always the eternal question: Will this August Indie World Showcase give us a new glimpse of Hollow Knight: Silksong? History would suggest that the answer is, “Haha! No, you idiot. Just no. Stop embarrassing yourself you stupid moron.” And history very well may repeat itself as usual. Maybe don’t get your hopes up for that one, but hey, who knows?

In any case, 20 minutes’ worth of reveals is just a little more than 24 hours away, so tell us where your hype levels are at right now for the August Indie World.
