iam8bit to showcase the best nostalgia you’ll probably never own

Iam8bit often opens its doors to showcase video game themed creations and exhibits. The studio has also curated specialty projects in the past, such as vinyl soundtrack releases and limited edition bundles. The venue doors will once again open to show off something special. On July 25, iam8bit will showcase the works of Dano Brown and his “* Some Assembly Required” works, many of which exposing deep Nintendo roots.

The poster for the event already showcases some unique throwback memorabilia. Captain N from the animated tv series “Captain N: The Game Master,” and Lucas Barton, quasi-antagonist, from “The Wizard” film. Both of which have been seen as staples for any gamer that grew up in the 80s and early 90s.

Other noticeable icons on the poster are Jason Frudnick from the NES classic, Blaster Master, and of course, the legend of happy trees himself, Bob Ross.

If you are in the Los Angeles, Calif. area you can RSVP for tickets to the free event. The first date of the exhibit will open on July 25 but will run until August 19 at the iam8bit studios located at 2147 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90026. The opening reception will run from 8 PM and go until 11 PM.
