Gear.Club Unlimited 2 Tracks Edition launch trailer brings the speed

Gear.Club Unlimited 2 - Porsche Edition

Gear.Club Unlimited 2 Tracks Edition is out now in Europe, with the U.S. release landing Aug. 28. The updated version of 2018’s Gear.Club Unlimited 2 brings circuit racing to the series. To celebrate the release, publisher Microids has revealed a fresh trailer showing the new track-based racer in action.

Le Mans arrives as the headline act for the set of new tracks, alongside a selection of new racing cars. These include the Nissan GT-R LM Nismo, Porsche 919 Hybrid, Mercedes AMG GT3, Bentley Continental GT3-R, and the classic Ford GT40 MK I. Developer Eden Games has also implemented some new simulation mechanics into the game with this edition. Fuel and tire management, pit stops, and endurance events put a larger focus on competitive motorsport.

The Tracks Edition also works as a complete edition of sorts. All previously released DLC for Gear.Club Unlimited 2 comes packaged in here, including the Packs Arrows, Checker, Hazard, and Wings. There’ll be four other tracks included alongside Le Mans and a new time attack mode with leaderboard support. Finally, Eden Games is updating 13 existing Gear.Club Unlimited 2 cars by introducing motorsport versions with the Tracks Edition. Here’s the full list:

  • Mini John Cooper Works (F56)
  • Lotus Elise 220 Cup
  • BMW Z4 Roadster
  • BMW M2 Coupe
  • Alfa Roméo 4C
  • Chevrolet Corvette Stingray
  • Mercedes-AMG C63 S
  • Alfa Romeo 8C Compitizione
  • Alfa Romeo Giulia II QV
