The classic murder mystery Famicom Detective Club games will be localized for the first time next month, and you can get a look at what’s new in an introduction trailer from Nintendo.
Nintendo developed the original Famicom Detective Club games, which were released for the Family Computer Disc System, in April 1988 and May 1989. A Super Famicom remake was released in April 1998 and a Game Boy advance port in August 2004. However, the series has yet to release outside of Japan.
Mages is developing the remakes of both Famicom Detective Club games. Furthermore, the games are under the supervision of the original developers from Nintendo. In addition to updated visuals, both remakes will feature voice acting for the first time as well.
