It’s always good to see some of the older, less popular Dragon Quest games get some love, and this time it is Terry from Dragon Quest VI, who is getting a new Bring Arts action figure from Square Enix. The figure is now available to preorder in Japan for 9,680 yen (~$83.64), with a launch set for this August. [Update: It is also available to purchase from the North American Square Enix Store, currently discounted to $85.50.]
If you’ve ever played Dragon Quest VI, it’s easy to see why Terry was one of the fan-favorite characters who went on to star in his own monster-collecting spinoff in his childhood form.
The figure of the traveling swordsman has all the details down from Terry’s iconic blue outfit.
Square Enix’s line of Bring Arts action figures focuses more on dynamic poses, so you’ll get to pose the Terry figure to replicate the official artwork. Check out a few more examples below:
The Dragon Quest VI Terry Bring Arts figure measures approximately 131 mm in height. It weighs about 74 g.
The Terry figure includes two interchangeable face parts and four hand varieties. It also includes his sword and shield. Like all other Bring Arts figures, it comes with a stand so that you can use it to make Terry do all the cool poses.
The Dragon Quest VI Terry Bring Arts action figure is now available to preorder on the Square Enix e-Store. If you missed it back in 2020, Square Enix released a Bring Arts figure of the Dragon Quest V protagonist. Other new Bring Arts figures coming in 2022 include Naminé from Kingdom Hearts III.
