When it comes to Dragon Ball, you can tell that things are getting serious when the shirts come off, and that’s just what we get in a new Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Jiren (Full Power) trailer. Yes, you read that right — 2016-launched Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is still getting DLC, and Jiren apparently won’t be the last, with the trailer showing a teaser for the next DLC character.
This particular form of Jiren comes from the moment he unleashed his dormant power during the Tournament of Power arc of Dragon Ball Super. His moves include the “Impact Flare” Super Attack and the “Power Wall” Ultimate Attack. Jiren will join as part of the Legendary DLC Pack 2, which launches in fall 2021. The pack will also include the Teen Bulma Outfit and the DBZ Trunks’ Final Outfit as new costumes for player avatars.
The previous DLC pack, Legendary Pack 1, was released last March. It includes two new playable characters in Pikkon and Toppo (God of Destruction). It also added a new story, six new skills, three new costumes, a new stylist NPC, and four Parallel Quests. We don’t know what else the Legendary Pack 2 will offer, but we can expect to see at least one more playable character. If you’re wondering who it could be, there’s a teaser for it at the end of the Jiren (Full Power) trailer.
