Call of Duty: Ghosts was once like Watch Dogs: No one knew if it was going to come to the Wii U. When it finally did, FPS fans were treated to a solid game that helped itchy-trigger fingers to get some relief. Treyarch has been in charge or doing updates for the Wii U version of the game, and we hadn\’t seen one since December. Many fans thought that support for the Wii U version was over. Today, that changed though.
Treyarch announced today that a huge update and a new map was coming to the Wii U version. \”Free Fall\” is a new map that has been integrated into all multiplayer modes and is free to download. Key improvements from the update are as follows:
- Fix to keep the Grenade Cook Timer from becoming difficult to see
- Fixed a stuck spot that could be entered while crouching near an overturned table (Siege)
- Added no enemy callouts to\”incog\” perk description.
- Fix to validate reticle type even when switching sights.
